Went to whitesands branch to help adjust 2 of my glasses. 1 has a terrible bent from a mistake I made but the staff called Ray took his time and really tried his best to help me fix both. Really grateful. Nice staff too!

We visited the lenskart Whitesands store to buy glasses for our daughter . We were guided by Mr. Ray and Ms. Elaine . Since her Myopia was very high , they advised us to go for myopia control lenses . They explained in detail about the lenses and clarified all our doubts . Their customer service was excellent .

Was attended to by Jochika. Wasnt pushy and advised on the difference in the lens. Initially wanted to get the entry level lens but decided to go for the high end lens with the 1 for 1 offer. Apparently the online offer and in store offer has a different cost. Spectacles were ready in less than a week. Overall satisfied with the level of customer service and quality of the spectacles.
