Lenskart Toa Payoh

Would like to compliment Ian for the wonderful service rendered to us when we visit the shop at Toa Payoh. I have no intention of buying any specs at all but end up getting 3 pairs through her excellent and friendly service. She is Definitely an asset to Lenscart. Will come back for more spectacles and recommend my friends to her.

Went to toa payoh branch. Very good service when asking to help adjust specs too!

Went down to their Toa Payoh outlet wanting to get a new pair of specs I saw on their website on 30Mar2024. Staff Agi attended to me and explained that the model I saw on their website was unavailable in their physical store. We tried many other specs in the store but was unable to find one that I like. Agi was patient and professional throughout and was never pushy to just want me to buy something from them. I could tell she is genuinely trying to help me with my problem (find a perfect specs), she even helped me to tightened the screw of my existing specs that already came loose! She is the kind of role model in sales that Lenskarts should be proud to have! Keep up the great work! Thanks Agi!

Was to Wisma orchard to adjust my spec, however when i back home try again the spec Found that not able to open one of the leg, then luckily got the outlet at Toa Payoh. Thanks for the good service
