ZAX from Hougang Mall Branch (now at Vivocity Mall) is so honestly committed to his job and customers that he will assist you smoothly, patiently, and most importantly honestly to get a nice pair of glasses. Only because of his suggestion to visit an Ophthalmologist, I got to know that I am developing Keratoconus. We are really thankful to you Zax. Even he exchanged lenses for my pair as I was not settling on high axis issue.
CHLOE from Hougang Branch is another genuine person who assisted me in her best capability to fix settings of my glasses.
Go to Lenskart any branch in SG, you will not regret. Highly recommended.

Went to almost 3 different outlets of lenskart to find the specific frame I wanted.
Ended up at Hougang Mall and was served by Uncle John, very passionate and service oriented staff. He was detailed in explaining each process of the eye examination and recommended different frames.
Through our conversation I found out that he is in this trade for 40 years!

Was served by Uncle John. He's very knowledgeable and also helped me in my specs repairs. Specs was bend badly but he managed to repair in excellent condition. He is very skilled and provides great service. Will come back again to do a new pair of specs soon esp with the current promo. A big thank you .
